As part of the Police and Crime Commissioner and Chief Constable’s public contract, a public meeting will be held in each local authority of Greater Manchester each year. At this meeting the performance of Greater Manchester Police will be scrutinised and the public consulted on priorities.
The first of 10 public meetings in Greater Manchester is being held in Trafford on Wednesday 30 January 2013.
The public meetings are a chance for you to:
- Question the Commissioner on police and crime issues
- Find out how Greater Manchester Police is performing overall and in your area
- Have your say on the first police and crime plan and how the budget in 2013/14 is spent
- Meet senior officers from GMP
